Autumn scorcher puzzles
MAN IN THE CORNER: The first week of the WFNL was met with unseasonably warm temperatures.

The warm weather brought several footballers to their knees on Saturday.
It was a talking point for every coach, player and spectator on the day and throughout this week.
Temperatures ranged between 32-33°C in the shade and were much warmer in the middle of the park.
Understandably, the players bore the brunt of the warm weather, cramping up before the first half concluded.
Even several members of Dimboola's senior football team, who came to the region from the Northern Territory, remarked on the summer-like conditions, raising eyebrows from punters on the sidelines.
"It's a different kind of heat," one responded.
