The final score was Noradjuha Quantong 29.17 (191) to Edenhope Apsley 4.1 (25).

Although slow starts have been one of the few flaws of the Bombers’ season so far, that was not the case on Saturday, with the visitors booting 11 opening-quarter goals to Edenhope’s two to go up 70-12 at quarter-time.

A more resilient effort from the Saints in the second term saw the Bombers lead 89-18 at half-time.

But the Bombers were merciless in the second half, kicking 51 points in each of the final two quarters to eventually win by 166 points.

In an all-round team effort, Dylan Shelley led the way with seven majors, while Jye Walter also booted five.

Solid performances from Ryan Obst and Adam Hood were some of the bright spots for Edenhope Apsley.

The win puts the Bombers one win clear of Harrow Balmoral and Pimpinio at the top of the ladder.
