Natimuk United search for their fifth straight win against Noradjuha Quantong this weekend.

Coming off the bye, Noradjuha Quantong are currently fifth on the league ladder, and a strong finish to their season will secure a finals spot.

In their previous matchup, the Bombers got the better of the Rams, winning 56-28.

But they face off against an improving Natimuk side, currently in seventh, who have a four-game win streak, including a 55-41 win over the Swifts last weekend.

Fiona Rowe, coach of Noradjuha Quantong, knows her side will need a quality performance to overcome Natimuk.

“We've got to make sure that we put our performance in because if we don't, we could drop the game,” Rowe said.

“We've got to connect together and we've got to work together to be able to come away with the win.

“They’re a quality side and they’ve proven that over the last few months - they’ve beaten quality teams.

”It's going to take four quarters of top performance from the girls to be able to get away with the win.”

With just five rounds to go, Rowe acknowledged that last round’s bye gave her side the chance to reflect on the season as they aim for the finals.

“We had a mid-season review of sorts and a discussion as a team, which has been really beneficial,” Rowe said.

“Looking at it as a whole team, we identified what we can do moving forward to put our best foot forward for the run home.”

In other round 14 games, Edenhope Aspley will hope to push their top-three case when they host Kaniva Leeor, Pimpinio search for their first win with an in-form Laharum side, and Kalkee will look to put last week’s loss behind them as they travel to take on Harrow Balmoral.

Rupanyup, the Swifts, and Taylors Lake all have byes.
