BlazeAid volunteers continue supporting recovery efforts following the Little Desert bushfire.

The volunteers have been removing, repairing and replacing fencing for affected residents.

By the end of March, 66 volunteers had completed 29.55 kilometres of fencing across 16 properties, clocking up 332 volunteer days.

The Nhill camp has also served 643 meals, with support from local groups including Luv-a-Duck and the Karen community.

Council is encouraging any remaining bushfire-impacted community members who haven’t yet contacted them to do so, enabling BlazeAid to provide further assistance.
