Dooen Trivia
The Dooen Hall buzzed with excitement on Saturday night as over 60 participants gathered for a lively Trivia Night, showcasing the community's enthusiasm for local events

Originally scheduled for February, the event was postponed due to a total fire ban day, but the rescheduled evening proved worth the wait.
The success of the night was made possible through a grant from the Horsham Rural City Council’s Community Event Grants Program, which supports not-for-profit groups in delivering inclusive community events.
This initiative aligns with the council's commitment to fostering community engagement and social connectivity.
The evening commenced with a complimentary BBQ, prepared with the assistance of the Wimmera Mallee Historical Vehicle Society members, offering a delightful prelude to the trivia competition.
Participants enjoyed a range of questions, testing their knowledge across various topics, and even breaking out in song.
Dooen Hall President, John Ladlow, expressed gratitude towards the Horsham Rural City Council for their support, emphasizing the event's role in raising the profile of the hall and highlighting the amenities it offers to the community.
