Earthquake recorded in Jeparit
A magnitude 3.2 earthquake was recorded near Jeparit in the early hours of the morning on Wednesday, December 10. The earthquake was registered at a depth of 11.49km at 2.06am.

The Victorian State Emergency Service received no calls for assistance, and only a couple of felt reports were officially received.
Commenting on the SES post on socials, Jeparit's Alicia Rosewall said the earthquake woke her up, although she heard it more than felt it.
"I didn't know what it was until the Vic Emergency app pinged a few minutes later," she wrote.
Likewise, Raelene Barry both felt and heard the quake.
"I live in Warracknabeal and felt it and heard it here," she wrote.
"I thought something had happened outside and went out (to look) but the phone pinged with emergency services and said it was in Jeparit."
Another resident of Warracknabeal, Lauren Trippett, said it woke her up as well.
"I didn't feel it, but heard the noise and wondered if it was an earthquake," she wrote.
"I was starting to think I was imagining things until I saw this post."
