LGBTIQA+ members invited to Latte' with a Cop
Horsham police will host Latte' with a LLO at Cafe' 22 in Horsham Plaza on May 27.
Horsham Police Acting Sergeant Marc Davey will be attending Latte' with an LLO at the Horsham Plaza on May 27.
The event is modelled on the Coffee with a Cop concept, and is an opportunity for LGBTIQA+ Liaison Officers to engage with LGBTIQA+ members of the community in an informal setting.
"Latte with an LLO aims at engaging with and strengthening relationships between our officers and the LGBTIQA+ communities and also helps us address specific issues affecting the LGBTIQA+ community," said
Other service providers will be attending, including representatives from Headspace, Uniting Wimmera, and HRCC, who will be able to advertise their support options and programs available.
