Potholes for all Seasons unveiled
Usually calendars feature happy photos or memories, perhaps your favourite celebrity or star, or some positive quotes.
But a calendar just released by The Liberals and The Nationals is a calendar with a difference.
It highlights the condition of some of Victoria's worst potholes and the roads in the Wimmera feature heavily.
In a joint statement, opposition leader Brad Battin and shadow minister for roads and road safety Danny O'Brien said the calendar had been created for that purpose: to highlight the appalling state of Victorian roads.
"I don't need to tell you how bad our roads are – we all live with potholes and crumbling surfaces every day," Mr O'Brien said.
"But you know things are getting really bad when the infamy spreads halfway across the world.
"The Chinese Government has warned its citizens to avoid driving by themselves in Victoria, officially telling them some sections of our roads 'are not in good condition'."
Mr O'Brien said it wasn't pretty, but the monthly photos provide the truth – even if it was ugly.
"Premier Jacinta Allan will hopefully pin it prominently on a wall in her office, because she needs a wake-up call," Mr O'Brien said.
