Woomelang's live music attracted dozens
A total of 70 locals attended the Woomelang and District Bush Nursing Centre (WDBNC) ‘Live Music Event’ evening at the Woomelang Recreation Reserve on Friday, July 18.
Roy Kossena and Sarah are playing at the live music night organised by the Woomelang and District Bush Nursing Centre.
Roy Kossena and Sarah played music and entertained the crowd, containing both young and old, under the shelter outside the Woomelang gym at the reserve.
It was an incredible night, and many people took advantage of the warmth provided by the outdoor heaters.
Those who wanted to stay warm stayed inside the Pohlner room and chatted amongst friends.
Food was available at the WDBNC’s social connecting event, thanks to Monica and the staff at the Woomelang General Store.
Children’s activities and snacks were available for attendees before the music began.
The music ended at 10pm, while the community stayed and connected until after midnight.
The supper was a grant from the Yarriambiack Shire Council.
